**Responsibilities**:
You are responsible for supporting critical infrastructure services such as Active Directory, Secret and Identity Management, or Remote Access Systems, across on-premises and cloud, in a fast-paced environment.

The area of your responsibilities will include the following:

- Plan, design, install, configure, and administer critical infrastructure services such as Active Directory, Remote Access system, Secret and Identity Management system across on-premises and cloud.
- Perform regular system patching or upgrades to maintain product supportability.
- Prepare documentation and develop standard operating procedures.
- Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting and issue resolution on 24x7 basis.
- Continuously automate system operation, enhance monitoring, malware detection and auto-recovery capability.
- Continuously improve system security posture, assess risks exposed by security vulnerabilities and carry out remediation by SLA.
- Continuously enhance system capability, design solutions to technical problems and implementation changes to existing systems or new system.
- Work with various teams in implementing integration solutions with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, API Platform, Secret Management, etc.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft Active Directory.
- Technically competent in following technologies:Azure / AWS / GCP
Azure AD / Microsoft Entra
Microsoft ADFS
Infrastructure as code such as Terraform, Ansible, Python or other automation languages
DevSecOps practices Remote Access systems like Citrix, Microsoft RDS, Amazon Workspace or HashiCorp Boundary PKI, Secret Management or Vault solutionsIdentity and Access Management Systems/ Privileged Identity Management systems.
- Professional certification in Cloud, Security and/or similar credentials would be advantageous.
- Relational Databases like DB2, SQL Server, Oracle
- Knowledge of Mainframe system, COBOL, CICS
- Ability to work beyond business hours and on weekends for work contingencies or for planned activities where necessary
