**Purpose**:
The purpose of this position is to drive the data transformation journey in AMA, with the ambition to establish a best in class data management and analytics framework. This will enable optimal visibility of sales (sell in, sell out), assortment and marketing initiatives performances across the multiple clusters and channels in which we operate. In addition to this, the role will also support the reporting and strategic ad hoc projects linked to digital transformation in the region.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Digital Transformation **in collaboration with clusters teams and be the point of contact for Global Digital teams and ensure training and new ways of working communication.
- Ensure the teams know and understand the project vision, manage expectations and team relationships.
- In collaboration with the Global teams, **create reporting dashboards and provide analysis **required for the leadership meetings to support the AMA Merchandising and Marketing leads in
- assortment and product performance reviews, and ensure data consistency and KPI tracking
- **Drive detailed product performance analysis **for cluster merchandising and marketing teams, including specific focus on Collaborations
- **Lead assortment adoption and performance tracking **across AMA clusters, and coordinate Retail segmentation in collaboration with merchandising, Planning and BX teams, be the primary point of contact for AI teams to ensure data driven decisions to optimize productivity.
- Lead reporting and management of Cluster marketing and merch metrics including margin roll up and price elasticity testing -> Planning?
- In partnership with the Insight Team, **provide regular market intelligence reports **(Euromonitor, Edited
- Coordinating merchandising and marketing projects that have regional scope and requiring interaction with Global
- Continually recommend workflow and process improvements, driving continual optimization.
- Ensure key initiatives are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree required, with retail experience
- Strong business acumen with hands-on data management and analytical experience are a must
- Project management experience
- A high energy individual who is passionate about the brand
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with all levels including executives
- Someone with both analytical skills and an ability to simplify the complex; Ability to take complex projects and processes, break them down into clear and simple tasks, calendars and communication
- Strong organizational and project management skills, familiar with managing process flow and global reporting
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines
- Ability to adapt well to changing priorities and react quickly
- Strong cross-cultural sensitivity
