Enrolled Nurse, Ent Specialist Clinic

**Clinical**
- Rendering patient care in the Outpatient clinic/Inpatient Ward and/or Day surgery setting
- Assist in clinical and surgical procedures Outpatient clinic/Inpatient Ward and/or Day surgery setting
- All other matters which the Group requires
**Administrative/Logistical**
- Display good communication etiquette in the following situations but not limited to, answering of telephone calls, enquiries and booking and arranging of appointments etc.
- Receive cash and check receipts, maintain ledger book and computer record of bank deposits
- Collate and submit all insurance claims assigned by Ascent ENT management.
- Liaise with patients, Third-part administrators (TPA), brokers and Insurance companies with regards to insurance related matters including but not limited to claims, billing and payment related matters etc
- Provide and analyse all clinic related data assigned by Ascent ENT management.
- Assisting the doctors in day-to-day administrative duties;
- Booking of operating theatres, anaesthetists, hospital accommodation, etc for inpatient or day surgery procedures;
- Follow up on patient’s review, patient’s postoperative recovery (administrative) in an outpatient and/or day surgery setting
- Maintenance of the clinic and ensure stock level is satisfactory;
- Ordering of drugs, products, new equipment or machines
- All other matters which the Group requires
