Aba Therapist

We are a private autism service provider that is committed to helping children with Autism reach their full potential through personalized interventions, innovative approaches, expert guidance, and unwavering support. We are seeking a dedicated part-time Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our team.

As an ABA Therapist with us, you will work under close supervision by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans for children with Autism. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients develop essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ABA techniques and developments

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children with special needs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and weekends
