**Job Overview**:
The M365 Architect/Engineer will provide technical expertise, solve complex issues, and drive the success of the MUFG M365 environment. They will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 suite as they are adopted. The Architect/Engineer will enhance the state of automation and compliance to standards with drift management and other security baseline.

**Job**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and analyse the current Microsoft 365 environment.
- Provide consultation and guidance for M365 implementation or optimization.
- Develop and deliver strategies for M365 workloads.
- Ensure the security and compliance of M365 solutions.
- Automate business and technical processes within the M365 ecosystem.
- Generate custom reports based on requirements.
- Train junior team members in day-to-day procedures.
- Lead technical and business discussions relative to future enterprise direction.
- Work with business leaders to understand business requirements and help them understand how technology trade-offs influence strategy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min 7 years of experience in an enterprise-class IT team working across architecture, development, project implementation, and operations.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 at an enterprise level.
- Experience with administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with modern authentication techniques.
- Experience with automation solutions such as Azure Automation, Ansible, Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C#.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure, concepts, and techniques in cloud environments, especially Azure cloud.
- Experience working in an Agile team structure is preferred.
- Experience working in a global organization is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
