**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly and year-end **consolidated financial statements** across multiple entities and jurisdictions (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam).
- Ensure compliance with **Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)** and other local accounting regulations where applicable.
- Coordinate with subsidiary accountants and external service providers to gather accurate financial data.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring timely elimination adjustments.
- Assist with **audit preparation**, including schedules and supporting documentation for group audit requirements.
- Support **management reporting**, including group P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
- Maintain accounting records, working papers, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Work closely with the Finance Lead to enhance reporting accuracy, timelines, and consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in **group consolidation** or audit.
- Strong technical knowledge in **consolidation, intercompany accounting, and multi-currency reporting**.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Excel proficiency is a must.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
