**Position Title**:
**Executive Driver & Personal Assistant (Home & Personal Support)**:
**Position Summary**:
The Executive Driver & Personal Assistant will provide safe and reliable transportation, while also managing personal, household, and lifestyle support for the executive. The role requires a high degree of trust, confidentiality, and adaptability to meet both professional and personal needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Driving & Transport**:

- Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the executive and family members.
- Plan optimal routes based on traffic, events, and weather conditions.
- Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, servicing schedule, and readiness at all times.
- Assist with loading/unloading shopping, luggage, or event materials.
- Ensure fuel, insurance, and road tax are up to date.

**Personal & Home Support**:

- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reservations for both personal and household needs.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or collecting parcels.
- Coordinate with household staff, service providers, and vendors.
- Assist with event preparation, guest arrangements, and family logistics.
- Oversee and arrange repairs, maintenance, and deliveries at the residence.
- Handle confidential personal matters with discretion and tact.

**Lifestyle & Travel Assistance**:

- Arrange personal and family travel plans, including flights, hotels, and ground transport.
- Support packing/unpacking for trips and ensuring all essentials are in place.
- Accompany the executive/family during trips if required.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
- Prior experience as a personal assistant, chauffeur, or household support staff.
- Familiarity with local roads, services, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy.
- Presentable, courteous, and well-spoken.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on call as needed.
