**Responsibilities**:

- To provide excellent service on dining experience to guests
- Mingle and chat with guests
- Proactive and highly responsive to guests’ needs
- Learn the menu, offer suggestions and recommendations such as beverage pairing
- Arrange table setting according to meal types and prepare turnover for next guest
- To understand the operations fully and be rotated between bar, floor, and alfresco area
- Can lead and train part-timers on duty
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and ensure service counters are presentable at all times
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Michelin-starred chef Carles Abellán’s **Tapas 24** has been pulling in crowds ever since it first opened in 2007 in Barcelona. **Tapas 24**, one of Barcelona’s busiest tapas bars, is helmed by Carles Abellán, one of the city’s most famous chefs. This celebrity chef formerly worked for Ferran Adrià at the 3-star Michelin El Bulli. Catalonian chef Carles Abellán revolutionized the tapas scene where he deploys all his imagination and culinary skills. Tapas24 is planning to open in Singapore under license from Carles Abellán around mid-2021.

**Tapas 24** is a Spanish Bar-Restaurant and is an open location all day, with non-stop kitchen, where the Bar and tables live in harmony. The bar itself is lively and bright, packed to the rafters with expectant guests and busy waiters. **Tapas 24** has got its reputation for serving some of the best tapas-with-a-twist. It’s cheerful but not especially cheap with top-end ingredients. As with all tapas restaurants, you can snack economically or blow your budget on a feast so it’s hard to give an average price per person.

It is arguably going to be the go-to restaurant for tapas in Singapore. Basically, It ticks every important box: the location’s ideal, the food’s excellent, the service is friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere while cramped is convivial. Downsides? It is impossible to get into during busy periods and the elbow-to-elbow seating arrangements aren’t to everyone’s liking.
