Air Freight Export Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and confirm transport order to ensure pickup of the shipment at origin.
- Perform booking and booking optimization.
- Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination in a cost-efficient manner for all export shipments.
- Prepare, control and distributes all required export documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee supplier, etc.) and ensure that they are compliance with the internal regulations and procedures.
- Check response from counterparts and finalize validation of required documents.
- Follow up shipment status in export area, identify and ensure resolution of incidents.
- Develop and maintain excellent service to both internal and external customers at all times.
- Performs IT systems related tasks to provide up to date information on shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors on timely pick up / transfer of cargo.
- Send all related documents to Company’s appointed vendors for permit declaration.
- Accrual all costs in system and book in vendors invoices.
- Any others additional tasks and duties required by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in a freight forwarding industry.
- Good knowledge for Air Export business especially on documentation and customs clearance.
- Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail who is meticulous and efficient.
- Positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
