**Roles & Responsibilities**

Job description

This position of **_factory supervisor _**consists of supporting the operations of the company. You will be working closely with the supervisor. Staff report directly to directors.
- Perform roles and responsibilities as per factory service crew job description
- Additional roles and responsibilities of the factory leader include:

- Check the sufficiency of the raw and processed ingredients
- Check the function of the machines in the factory
- Identify need to escalate repairs or preventive maintenance to the equipment suppliers and vendors
- Check on segregation of items as according to ISO requirements
- Check on team members temperature charting and assist team members on the escalation processes
- Ensure factory environmental cleanliness is strictly adhered to such as:

- Daily cleaning of production rooms and walkway
- Supervise weekly spring cleaning to be done by ALL factory crew
- Drainage, toilets, holding areas and offices
- Ensure pictures proof are uploaded via Whatsapp group upon completion
- Ensure no personal clothings are seen at production rooms and walkway
- Ensure no personnels are seen smoking within the factory compounds
- Work collaboratively and assign drivers with workloads to ensure smooth operation
- Delegate workload as according to staff capability
- To conduct spot checks to ensure staff are adhering to SOP:

- Ensure no staff are seen inside stationary vehicles unless there are delivery orders present
- Ensure that there is at least one staff ALWAYS present on the ground floor of production
- Report to supervisor on daily activity which involves in production
- Work under broad direction
- To accept additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor and director.
