**FULL TIME: $1600 to $1800 per month PART TIME: $10 to $12 per hour
**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Kitchen Helper assists in the food production in our Central Kitchen which includes preparing the ingredients for production used and packaging of the final food products.

The Production Kitchen Helper works in a comfortable, air-conditioned environment and the work duties are suitable for seniors. Working hours are from 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday, Saturday 9am to 1pm. OFF on Sundays and Public Holidays.

**Seniors are welcome
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredient according to recipes and company’s standards
- Portioning, weighing and measuring of ingredients
- Ensure all food items are properly stored to avoid any spoilage
- Proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Keep kitchen, work area, utensils, cooking equipment clean, hygienic and safe
- Comply with food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and good personal hygiene
- Good kitchen hygiene habits/practice
- Comfortable with repetitive work activities
