**Your Role**:
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automatic door systems, ensuring smooth and reliable operations for our clients.
**The Challenges**:
- Perform scheduled servicing and retrofitting of automatic door components, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts.
- Diagnose issues, conduct site inspections, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Provide detailed service reports to clients upon job completion.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, decommissioning, and risk assessments for all automatic entrance systems.
- Recommend upgrades and improvements to enhance the performance of existing door systems.
**What it Takes**:
- Maintain the service vehicle in roadworthy condition and ensure cleanliness.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor solutions.
- Properly maintain tools and equipment, replacing them as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
