Group Product Manager

**Job Description**:
We are building best-in-class Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products to help our users and partners unlock greater financial flexibility and business growth. Our solutions are embedded across a rich ecosystem—ranging from e-commerce and payments to ride-hailing, food delivery, and logistics—via APIs and superapp integrations.
As a Group Product Manager, you will take full ownership of strategic initiatives within our lending portfolio. You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Business, Risk, Engineering, Analytics, Design, and Operations to design, build, and scale impactful credit products that serve millions of users. This role demands both a customer-obsessed mindset and a high level of execution ownership to drive business results in a regulated space.
1. Lead the end-to-end development of lending and credit products from ideation to launch and iteration
2. Own the product strategy and roadmap, aligning closely with business goals and user needs
3. Translate complex requirements into clear product specs that balance user experience, compliance, and scalability
4. Partner with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features and backend systems
5. Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to uphold regulatory standards and manage credit risk effectively
6. Use data to inform decisions—designing experiments, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on insights
7. Champion user-centric design, working with UX and research to deliver seamless, intuitive product experiences
8. Influence and align cross-regional stakeholders, ensuring cohesive execution and buy-in across teams
Key Responsibilities:
1. 8+ years of experience in product management, with deep exposure to fintech, lending, or credit-related systems
2. Proven track record in owning complex product portfolios and shipping products at scale
3. Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle (PDLC), particularly in backend systems, APIs, and user flows
4. Familiarity with credit risk processes, transaction systems, onboarding flows, and third-party integrations
5. Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data interpretation, and metrics-driven decision-making
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
7. Experience working with regional teams and navigating cross-border product considerations
8. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
