**Your responsibilities**:

- Analysing data to look for opportunities and trends
- Monitoring of performance statistics / measures to identify issues early
- Interaction with FX Liquidity Providers to build rapport and trust
- Address Liquidity Provider issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate technology issues immediately
- Escalate platform issues to line management at earliest opportunity
- Keep active contact to dedicated market makers and takers
- Increase technical knowledge of Liquidity Providers
- Support and win additional business and pass generated leads to regional sales
- Knowledge Management:

- Formal documents to be prepared to a professional standard
- Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms.
- Presentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formats.
- Documents to be retained / filed for future reference.
- Knowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors).
- Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development.

**Your profile**:

- Develop Sales / Account Manager skills with existing portfolio contacts with on senior level in corporate treasuries, banks and asset managers
- Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement
- Strong communication skills, able to convey concepts in a succinct and accurate manner
- Preferrable though not required, experience in Global Markets sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry
- Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent
- Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
- Service and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
- Strong analytical mindset, well versed with advanced excel skills and able to manipulate large amounts of data
