Factory Supervisor

Our Company is in the frozen meat processing industry, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Factory Supervisor to join our team.

As the Factory Supervisor in our frozen meat processing facility, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise production staff to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure the operations run smoothly
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Address any employee concerns or performance issues in a timely and effective manner
- Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement among factory staff

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in frozen meat processing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Able to operate reach truck or forklift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
