Singapore MENG DESIGN & BUILD Full time

To assign general and daily duties to workers on the site
- To ensure that quality standards and safety precautions are followed and met.
- Responsible for Recruiting, hiring, inducting, training and coordinating staff (mainly from Bangladesh) as needed
- To ensure that they have the resources they need to fulfill their job requirements.
- To be able to plan for assigned works on-site
- Planning of tools and materials for the work required
- Planning of workers required for the works
- To be able to run work sites safely and responsibly
- Ensuring safety documents are prepared and placed on site in case of inspection

**Requirements**:

- 5 years or more Singapore experience
- Able to read drawings
- Able to communicate in English, Bangladeshi
- Preferably possess Class 3 license
- Have good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
- Ability to act in the best interests of the Company
