**A Day in the Life
**A logistic coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and services within an organization. Their job description typically includes:

- Coordination of Logistics Operations: This involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the transportation of Medtronic Products to/from customers and between various facilities within/ outside the organization.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinating the shipment and receipt of goods, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations for international shipments. This also includes decontamination of received products from customers.
- Invoicing and Payment Processing: Generating and issuing Quotations/invoices to customers for goods or services rendered. This involves ensuring accuracy in billing details, such as pricing, quantities, and terms of sale.
- Communication and Coordination: Acting as a liaison between various departments within the organization, as well as external vendors, carriers, and customers. Effective communication is essential for ensuring that all parties are informed about repair or calibration status, delays, and any other relevant information.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Addressing any issues or delays that arise during the transportation process, such as transportation delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in inventory counts. This may involve working with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to find solutions and minimize disruptions.
- Cost Management: Monitoring costs, negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to streamline logistics operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Overall, a Logistic coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that products are moved to & from the right place, at the right time, and in the most cost-effective manner possible, contributing to the overall success of the Medtronic Repair Center.

**Must Have**

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

**Your Profile**

Previous experience in managing medical devices is an advantage
