The E-Commerce Manager plays a crucial role in Gain City by running marketing campaigns on our online website and marketplaces. Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Define and set best practices for eCommerce content management, update supporting documentation, provide training and ensure best practice is maintained across the website and other channels.
- Manage the E-commerce team and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce operations - web development, order fulfilment, customer service and delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a content strategy that increases sales by driving more traffic and conversion.
- Stay afloat of the latest trend in consumer behaviour and explore opportunities to capitalize on the newest digital technology.
- Develop and implement impactful online campaigns that meet KPIs (e.g. traffic, marketing budget, UI/UX etc.), aligning with Company’s E-commerce strategies and marketing plans.
- Manage brand presences on online marketplaces such as Shopee through campaign collaborations to generate more sales.
- Plan, implement and track online campaigns to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments and duties assigned by Senior Management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in E-Commerce channel management.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience in Magento eCommerce Software and retail industry will be advantageous.
- Strong IT and E-Commerce marketing capabilities such as proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe, SEO or SMO management would be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
