Singapore Parkway Pantai Full time

Primary care consultation and treatment services are provided in retail clinics
- Provide and advice appropriate medical treatment and dispense medicine to patients
- Able to operate simple robotic machine
- Acupuncture, Cupping, Guasha, Herbal prescription
- Adhere to the regulations agreed upon in corporate clients’ contracts
- Updated on prevailing referral policies, medical check-up guidelines and recommendations on the prescribed drug formulary
- Ensure that correct type and quantity of medicine (with compliance to CHWSS rules and regulations) are assigned to patients
- Maintenance of accurate documentation of treatment services and medicine assigned to patients in the TCM database
- Attend to patients’ enquiries about medication, treatment, and other TCM-related queries
- Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and Acupuncture Agreements undefined.
- Overseeing clinic’s daily operational matters
- Work with the Medical Director, Operations and Clinical Services departments to implement best practices in terms of service delivery, clinical management, clinic operations and audit
- Assist the Medical Director in ensuring all clinical programmes are in compliance with prevailing guidelines/protocols
- Managing service recovery; addressing and resolving complaints, oversee the investigation processes, recommending corrective and preventive procedures and supervising the execution of such actions
- Work with the Medical Director, Operations and Quality Management Teams in formulating and refining effective feedback management procedures
- Work with the Business Development Team on advising on the type and level of services needed both current and projected
- Participate in formulating new projects and advise on the potential growth of services
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) in Singapore
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in TCM
- Relevant TCM full-time working experience in an outpatient primary care setting, preferably with practice experience within in-house clinics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
