**What the role is**
- Anti-Doping Singapore (ADS)'s mission is to ensure sport in Singapore is free of doping through the implementation of effective education, detection, research and international co-operation initiatives. We work together with the sport bodies to protect the rights of Athletes to participate in clean sport. As an autonomous agency of the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, ADS is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive doping control programmes, whilst promoting doping-free sports through educational initiatives. The organisation monitors National Sports Associations to ensure they comply with Singapore's Anti-Doping Policy, ADS Anti-Doping Rules, and the World Anti-Doping Code. ADS also investigates potential anti-doping rule violations, fosters collaboration with other national anti-doping organisations for reciprocal testing, and advances anti-doping research. We are seeking an experienced leader to drive Singapore's anti-doping initiatives.

**What you will be working on**What we are looking for**
- Work Experience and Knowledge - Background in the fields of sport, health, law, social science and/or business administration. - At least 8 years’ experience with strategic planning, policy development and operational management, with knowledge on quality assurance and quality management processes. Competencies Demonstrated the following competencies: - Strong leadership and strategic planning - Strong governance and stakeholder management skills - Legal, ethical, and policy acumen - Crisis management and communications skills Behaviour Traits - Critical thinking and analytical skills - Proactive, resourceful, versatile and meticulous - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
