**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning models to develop state-of-the-art solutions
- Prepare and preprocess large datasets to ensure optimal model training.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate and refine the performance of AI algorithms.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI technology.
- Document processes, code, and results to ensure reproducibility and clarity.
- Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI implementations.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree or Ph.D in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Strong background in AI and machine learning, with a solid understanding and hands-on experiences in algorithms and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java as well as LLMs
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
