DESIGNATION : Senior Engineer / Principal Engineer - Module Level Power Electronic

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Technology Engineer, with knowledge in downstream MLPE (Module Level Power Electronic), and batteries system, has hands on experiences in PV system design and field installation.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- PV system design.
- Work with different downstream MLPE vendors on their product roadmap and strategic partnership, build up a testing criterion to qualify different MLPEs with REC's new product.
- Work with NPD energy yield monitoring owner to build up PV test filed system.
- Work with different downstream batteries vendors on the strategic partnership
- Survey energy storage system in the market and keep team updates.

Drive product development of next-generation modules. Understand PV industry testing requirements and be able to relate to the development and testing of new products.

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist R&D and process, manufacturing teams with technical analyses, troubleshooting and improvement projects.
- Plan, coordinate and be ready to work hands-on in test labs to conduct experiments if required
- Able to articulate and present confidently to internal and external stakeholders whenever required

QUALIFICATIONS

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- BS / MSc in Engineering or related fields
- Min. 3 years relevant experience from PV downstream/Power Electronic/Product Development / Field installation / Research background
- Module level downstream electronic.
- Field experiences in system design and installation
- Knowledge in PV modules characterization and analysis.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Possess excellent project management skills.
- Excellent team worker
- Ability to co-operate with different professionals (operations, equipment suppliers, technology institutes, supply chain, operation
- Working experience in Solar/Semiconductors/Electronics manufacturing industries is an advantage

**Hands on experience in system designing and installation**:Familiar with PV site installation, system sizing and understanding of actual field condition and constraints

**Product Reliability Test Design**:Familiar with PV industry IEC testing - e.g. Damp-heat, Temp Cycle, Humidity Freeze, Light induced degradation, thermal shock.
