**POSITION OBJECTIVE & SUMMARY**
- To coordinate production workflow
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Work with Operation team to ensure products are delivered to Customer in accordance to the specified requirements on time and right the first time.
- Create flow of work/plan, execute projects and continuously monitoring to meet deliverable targets.
- Interact with internal stakeholders i.e.QA, Project, Sales, Purchasing and Production personnel on workflow, deliverables, quality requirements, etc.
- Prepare document such as Production schedule, plan and advise Production Manager on potential delays
- Comply with rules and procedures for Engineering, Quality and Safety. Support all efforts related to Safety as applicable.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
- Relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment or marine background will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with different marine classification societies’ standards and requirements will be an added advantage.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work with stakeholders from a diverse culture and background
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or Project Planning Tools
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
