**About the Role**

As an Executive, you will be responsible for leading, executing projects and supporting the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities.

**Looking for Talents**
- Eager to learn how to source, evaluate, negotiate and manage contracts while ensuring proper governance throughout the procurement process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities
- Responsible for leading and executing department's projects
- Ensure accurate processing and production of RFP documentations
- Management of samples, drug codes and barcoding information for all purchasing activities
- Involve in negotiations and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Establish and renew contracts on time to ensure continuous supply of products
- Manage interface with stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health, Synapxe and vendors for sourcing events through e-procurement
- Lead BCP, IT support and other internal coordination for the team

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business operations or related discipline
- Prior working experience in the healthcare setting will be an advantage
- Skilled in Data analysis using Microsoft Excel:

- Meticulous data entry and spreadsheet creation
- Capable of using simple formulas or pivot tables to analyze data effectively
- Comfortable working with vendors to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery objectives are met.
- Strong communication skills, good team player and a quick learner.
- Pharmacy Technicians are welcomed to apply
