**Job Description**:
**General Duties**:

- Attend pre-flight briefings concerning weather, altitudes, routes, emergency procedures, crew coordination, lengths of flights, food and beverage services offered, and numbers of passengers
- To ensure, perform and deliver the highest level of service at all times
- To be organised, flexible and efficient within duties
- To be polite and professional at all times
- Plan, order and prepare in-flight catering
- Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
- Check to ensure that food, beverages, blankets, reading material, emergency equipment, and other supplies are aboard and are in adequate supply
- Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records
- Carry out pre-flight and post-flight aircraft cleaning duties
- Attend office meetings, and carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

**Qualification/Experience**:

- Private Jet or Corporate Aviation experience is essential
- Commercial Business / First Class experience would be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 consecutive years of work experience
