**Job Description**:
As HR Business Partner - Talent (HRBPT), you are responsible for the people growth of the organization by providing high-quality talent development process and tools to ensure we have the right team member with the right competencies to build great teams. You take responsibility for how each recruitment and branding decision affects the business, both in short and long term to ensure a strong employer brand with inclusion and diversity as core of the organization set-up.

**Key Responsibilities**

Talent Management and Acquisition
- Share and implement H&M Brand talent framework in local sales market. Implement and operate talent management infrastructure across countries including best practices, planning, tools and processes - introduce to all leaders and team member.
- Build local community of experts in talent, encouraging success stories sharing of team members and best practices between countries.
- Develop and implement local tools to maximize and support team members performance in order to secure upskilling to grow current competencies.
- Map local talents, regularly analyze and follow up with stakeholders from the perspective of future proofing business needs - anticipating and securing competencies gaps, key role readiness and diverse representation.
- Empower and enable leaders to deliver great talent development quality at all levels within the organization, ensuring strong talent pipeline and succession planning, meaningful performance review, development plan, learning tools, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain the optimal assessment and selection process for talent acquisition with an I&D approach (including competency, cultural fit, interview processes and tools, mindsets, and role descriptions).

Employer Branding
- Plan and organize branding activities according to our branding strategy and company goals.
- Collaborate meaningfully with PR and Comms function to create attractive branding materials.
- Regularly review and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of job posting and talent outreach channels.
- Empower, enable and encourage team members to share wins, success stories and positive career journeys.
- Be an employer branding role model, inspire and motivate leaders and team members to be brand ambassador.

Additional Information

This position is based Singapore Support Office and will report to Regional Talent and Development Manager. Please note you must have working rights in Singapore to be eligible for this role.
