**Job Description Summary**: This role reports to the Operations Manager - Rotor Repair Cell. Responsible for Gas Turbine Rotor Repair and Onsite Support operations planning, daily personnel deployment/management, and job orders fulfillment.

You will have an opportunity to play an essential role in advancing the global energy transition and building decarbonization solutions for a world that works.

You will be leading and transform the repair cell for High efficiency Air-cooled (HA) gas turbine rotor repair capabilities for it largest and most advance gas turbine in Singapore. To fulfill the growth in HA fleets and serve in proximity the regional market with shorter lead-time and lowered logistic costs.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- ** Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technician to achieve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost) performance targets.**:

- ** Overall production job orders scheduling, execution & fulfillment.**:

- ** Monitor labor utilization and efficiency to ensure optimized manpower. Report gaps and take actions to reverse negative trends.**:

- ** Drive cycle/lead time improvements and implement cost control/reduction strategies.**:

- ** Lead deep dive and root cause analyses to identify operational gaps and develop recommendations for continuous improvement measures.**:

- ** Developing future leaders.**:

- ** Ensures escalation process standard work is followed and teams are engaging in 5 Whys Problem Solving Activities.**:
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- ** Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Aviation or Industrial Engineering encouraged).**:

- ** Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in related industry.**:

- ** Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.**:

- ** Strong communications, interpersonal and influencing skills.**:

- ** Facilitation, planning and organizational skills.**:

- ** Proficiency in computer skills (Web based systems and Microsoft Office).**:
