**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**

The Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiplecybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such asinstallation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assignedcybersecurity/networks product. This position is ideal for an individual withsome basic knowledge to post-sales, networks / cybersecurity,making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps intheir career journey.

This role will report to Technical Manager.

**As the Solutions Engineer, you will**:

- Support calls for L2 troubleshooting
- Project Kick off Meeting
- Mounting / Relocation of cybersecurity equipment
- Configuration of cybersecurity equipment
- Migration of cybersecurity equipment
- User Acceptance Test
- Documentation
- Proactively managing customers expectation
- Knowledge Transfer to the partners or end users
- Involve in the Vendor Training

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE **|** **About you**

**The ideal Solutions Engineer**:

- ITE or Diploma in IT/Network related field
- Preferred to possess basic knowledge in networks or cybersecurity.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in multitasking and capable of excelling in a fast-paced work environment.
- Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Open to working beyond standard working hours.
