**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains good support and positive relations among organisations, stakeholders and the public.
- Planning and launching of public relations programme
- Responsible for the production of all communication materials related to the public relations effort
- Maintains proper record of all public relation cases, correspondences and communication materials.
- Supports and handles administrative works.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CAG.
- Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of PRO working experience (LTA)
- Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with the Authority (LTA, CAG, PUB, NEA and stakeholders).
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the construction sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiar with LTA processes
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work beyond standard hours during events.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
