- 19 minutes agoWe are currently working with a renowned International developer in search of an accomplished Assistant Vice President (AVP) to join the team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) with a primary focus on the Group's local (Singapore) and overseas investments, particularly in the United Kingdom (UK). Your responsibilities will extend to various aspects of investment strategy and business development initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate in the formulation of effective investment and asset management strategies.
- Take charge of sourcing potential investment and divestment opportunities, including identification and execution.
- Autonomously handle deal execution, encompassing the conduct of feasibility studies and due diligence
- Performing comprehensive financial modeling and analysis.
- Preparing investment memos.
- Independently engaging with internal stakeholders and external experts during due diligence.
- Crafting project transaction structures while optimizing risk allocation.
- Support the CIO in establishing efficient investment management structures and processes.
- Demonstrate the capability to conduct in-house valuations as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date performance reports for accurate evaluation of committed investments.
- Provide support to Group Investments (GI) in matters pertaining to compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to the company's guidelines and framework.
- Assist in the creation of management presentations for the CIO as necessary.
**Key Requirements**:
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related disciplines, coupled with a minimum of 12 years of pertinent work experience providing direct support to senior management.
- Possess a proven track record in acquiring developmental and investment properties, with a strong focus on the United Kingdom (UK) and Singapore markets.
- Display exceptional financial and business acumen, driven by self-motivation, and the ability to excel both independently and collaboratively.
- Exhibit a sound comprehension of investment operations.
- Showcase robust organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Present excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
