We are looking for energetic & service-oriented people to join our Gastronomia team
- Preparing Espresso Based Coffees, Steaming of milk and non-dairy based alternatives for drinks - cappuccino, flat white, latte, piccolo, etc, and execution of latte art as appropriate
- Preparation of other other beverages according to SOP
- To assist Front of House team with daily operations including, outlet opening and ad hoc runner/barback/host duties when required
- Proper maintenance, calibration and care for all coffee equipment, including general cleanliness and proper sanitization of work stations, areas utilized, equipment and utensils.
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Working with Head Barista on crafting new beverages according to trends
- Develop knowledge to be able to Inform customers about beans and beverage offerings
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior

**Job Requirements**
- Previous barista experience in F&B/hospitality industry is preferable
- Experience with free-pour latte art would be advantageous
- A passion for customer service and a can-do attitude
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able and willing to work on weekends/public holidays (5-day roster)
- Experience is preferred, but we are also happy to train and develop people who lack experience, but possess the right mindset. We recruit on passion, positive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow with us

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $2,500.00 per month
