Develop and Implement a global recruitment strategy;
- Determining current staffing needs;
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans;
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget;
- Designing and Implementing online and offline employer branding activities;
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company;
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs;
- Responsible for leading all sourcing strategies;
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.);
- Assist in employee retention and development;
- Supervise recruiting personnel by managing, training, and evaluating our team of recruiters;
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events;
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement, like a source of hire, time-to-hire, etc;
- Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.

Experience with Workday.

Qualification:

- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Team Leader;
- Proven experience working in a Talent Acquisition role within a multinational organization;
- 2+ years in a leadership role;
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding;
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques;
- Experience in recognizing technical roles/skills and facilitating the hiring decision of a multinational company;
- Advanced computer skills, including recruitment platforms, communication tools, and human resources software;
- Experience in social media, resume databases, professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn), and job boards;
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases;
- Experience defining strategic plans based on data analysis (KPIs) and reporting;
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles;
- Ability to operate in a high environment of a fast-paced organization;
- Knowledge of Asia Employment Law;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken mandatory)
