**Job Description**:
1) To prepare construction drawings proficient in AutoCAD.

2) Cordination of model drawings with other services for installation.

3) Understanding of Mechanical and Ventilation services.

4) Provide design concept.

5) Good communication and technical skills.

6) Presentation of material selection and detail drawings to the clients.

7) To coordinate with clients and sub contractor.

8) Proficient in using autocad / 3D Max / Microsoft office.

Requirement

1) Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2) Minimum 2 years of relevent work experience

3) Able to work independently.

4) Preferable to have BIM related working experience in M&E Services.
