I. Finance Management
- Lead financial strategies that are consistent with the characteristics of the biopharmaceutical industry, including R&D pipeline investment budgets, ensuring that funding allocation matches the company's R&D stage.
- Lead the construction of financial models for the global supply chain, monitor inventory turnover, production costs and CAPEX expenditures, ensure compliance with GMP/FDA and other regulatory requirements, and reduce operational risks.
- Financial analysis provides data support for key decisions such as R&D priorities and capacity expansion, such as adjusting pipeline layout based on revenue forecasts.

II. Legal Management
- Lead global legal affairs with focus on biopharma (clinical trials, patent strategy, FDA/NMPA compliance) and AI (data governance, algorithmic accountability, IP protection).
- Design deals unique to biotech & AI (e.g., licensing agreements, JVs, cross-border M&A) with risk mitigation.
- Address industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare data, AI Act compliance, genetic data privacy).

III. Investment & Financing
- Develop capital strategies aligned with biopharma (cell therapy, IVD) and AI (ML models, SaaS for healthcare) sector dynamics.
- Lead late-stage funding rounds or exits (SPAC/IPOs), with expertise in biotech valuation models (e.g., risk-adjusted NPV).
- Maintain strong LP/GP relationships in biotech & AI (e.g., Top-tier life science VCs, corporate venture arms of Pharma).

Ⅳ. Team & Cross-functional Leadership
- Build and mentor finance,legal and financing teams to enhance performance.
- Partner with business, and tech teams to drive execution and risk control.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred: Master’s in Law/Finance/Business; Bar/CPA/CFA preferred.
- 10+ years in biopharma (e.g., IND-enabling studies, CMC) AND AI (e.g., FDA-cleared AI tools).
- Hands-on experience in biotech licensing deals or AI commercialization.
- Legal: Expertise in patent law (PCT filings), healthcare compliance; Finance: rNPV modeling for clinical-stage assets.
- Connections with Big Pharma BD teams or AI regulatory bodies (e.g., WHO AI guidelines).
