Videographer

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for arranging for video shoots with the respective parties involved, such as but not limited to congregational departments, event committees.
- Meet and liaise with the respective stakeholders of the video project.
- Prepare and plan the script, interview questions, and other necessary documentation for the shoot.
- Set up, operate, and pack up video, audio, and lighting equipment for shoots.
- Filming on set and at location for all necessary angles and b-roll footage.
- Handle video postproduction work such as editing of video and audio, colour grading, subtitling, adding of effects and lower-thirds, and managing the changes requested by the involved stakeholders of the video.
- Producing suitable short-duration video reels for social media and sermons, and longer-duration video clips for church sermons, events, and publicity.
- Assisting the AVLB department head in any and other AVLB related matters.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
- Proficient with video recording on Sony mirrorless cameras and smartphones.
- Proficient with using lighting equipment such as video lights.
- Proficient with using audio recording equipment such as lapel microphones, wireless rode microphones, zoom recorders.
- Proficient in using Adobe Premier Pro, and After Effects. Proficiency with Photoshop will be helpful.
- Shows good communication skills and initiative.
- Teachable and willing to learn new skills.
- Able to work well in a team, as well as independently when required

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
