As a Dentalis Receptionist, your role will encompass three core areas:

- ✈️ _**_Five-Star Patient Experience _**
- _Provide a _**_concierge-level welcome _**_to all patients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. _
- **_Curate seamless appointment scheduling _**_with perfect timing, optimizing both patient convenience and clinic efficiency. _
- _Anticipate and address patient needs with attentive service, going above and beyond to ensure their comfort. _
- _Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' prescriptions.- ️ _**_Service Excellence Operations _**
- _Maintain impeccable front desk operations and uphold the highest standards of clinic ambiance. _
- _Ensure _**_flawless patient registration and billing processes _**_, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. _
- _Process CHAS/Medisave claims with precision and in a timely manner. _
- _Serve refreshments to patients with thoughtful hospitality.**_Clinic Operations Precision _**
- _Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the reception area, pantry, and toilets. _
- _Uphold meticulous record-keeping in full compliance with PDPA regulations. _
- _Coordinate with dental laboratories with clockwork reliability _
- _Manage inventory of dental products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. _
- _Provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinical team, contributing to seamless clinic operations.- _Minimum N/O Levels or ITE certification
Exceptional command of English (proficiency in Mandarin/Malay advantageous)
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation is a must
Possesses natural warmth and an innate ability to put others at ease.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.

Exhibits grace and composure when working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Hours**:Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-1:00pm
