**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re looking for a COO who:

- has highly effective cross-functional team management and communication skills, with business proficiency in Japanese languages preferred.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role sits within the Asia, the COO will work alongside various marketing, product and licensing teams based in Singapore, Taiwan and Korea. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our PC and console game business, reporting to the CEO.

**Manage the day-to-day operations of the PC and console game business and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.**
- Manage product listings, prices, stock levels, descriptions, visual content, and other relevant SKU information.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Exceptional communication skills, business-level proficiency in Japanese is preferred.
- Prior experience of game distribution and/or publishing, with in-depth understanding of the Southeast Asia and East Asia market preferred.
- 15 years senior management experience in publishing, distribution in the entertainment category preferred.
- Strong data analysis ability.
- Able to work meticulously under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask with excellent organizational skills.
- A proactive keen learner and team player with a great sense of responsibility.
