Manufacturing Cost Modelling Engineer

Develop and deploy cost modeling tool on manufacturing process for chemicals category.
- Simulate should-cost of chemicals manufacturing to support cost savings initiatives and sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with suppliers in cost model development and manufacturing efficiency improvement towards cost optimization.
- Conduct supply-market data research to provide market intelligence/insights to support Procurement strategies & competitive advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree or above in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following fields - Manufacturing engineer, Costing engineer, Supply-market intelligence analyst.
- Technical background/expertise in manufacturing process/technology for chemicals and good understanding on the cost profile/structure.
- Effective MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Data analytics and digitalization skills are a plus.
- Ability to independently manage and execute multiple projects in parallel, and drive resolutions of complex problems.
- Effective communication & collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, globally.
