**The Role
This will be a hands-on, individual contributor role for a group business with diverse portfolios. You are responsible for providing HR advisory support to business. You should have a natural passion for people, high energy, and drive, along with good experience in delivering the full spectrum of HR services. You will collaborate closely with management to drive the people's agenda and support the organisation's strategic objectives.

**What you’ll be doing **_(to include but not limited to) _**:

- Full end-to-end employee life cycle Management
- Manage the complete employee life cycle such as hiring, onboarding, payroll and leave administration, work pass renewal, and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies throughout the employee journey.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and performance management.
- HR Advisory and Support
- Provide HR advisory support to business leads, offering guidance on people-related matters and best HR practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management, aligning HR initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Stay updated on industry norms, employment regulations, and HR best practices, recommending policy changes as necessary.
- Relationship Building and Communication
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders such as Department Heads, employees, and external partners.
- Effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement activities and enhance employee experience
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Analyse current HR practices, anticipate future needs, and recommend appropriate approaches and solutions.
- Proactively identify HR challenges and develop practical strategies to address them.
- General Office Administration
- Support the management and key leaders in keeping a smooth daily operations of the business and office

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant employment regulations.
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills in building rapport and trust with stakeholders
- Demonstrate drive, resourcefulness, and initiative to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to handle ambiguity and navigate complex situations
- Experience with managing group HR functions
