**Accounting Manager / Senior Accounting Analyst**

**We will count on you to**:

- Maintain all financial records and prepare periodic financial statements.
- Monitor premium cash flow to maximize investment income through the management of the local and overseas bank accounts.
- Administer investments in accordance with pre-determined guidelines.
- Collect premium receivables.
- Pay claims based on claim guidelines as well as general and administrative expenses.
- Plan and complete annual audit, inclusive of the preparation and filing of the Statutory Financial Return.
- Monitor compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Liaise with the local corporate secretarial firm that provides corporate secretarial services.
- Liaise with the Regulator.
- Arrange Board of Directors and Annual General Meetings as required.
- Maintain the permanent file and company information sheet for each company
- Maintain client documents - either hardcopy or computer stored, under standard filing systems.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent (i.e. ACCA)
- Knowledge in insurance and/or corporate secretarial practice preferred
- Experience dealing with clients, auditors, bankers and tax agents
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
