**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are looking for Optometrists / Opticians (Full & Part-time) to join our retail optical stores. For Full-time, we offer an average of 5 working days per week, monthly company-paid time-off for full-time employees and advocate Work-Life Balance. For Part-time, we are open to flexible working hours and regular part-time work.

**Overall job objectives**

Responsible for managing sales and technical functions at the retail store

**Job responsibilities**
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and profit targets;
- Responsible for contact lens and frames sales and conduct eye checks
- Ensure timely collections by customers;
- Assist junior staff in sales & handling customer complaints;
- Attend to customers on sales related matters;
- Conduct eye refractions for customers;
- Assist managers in implementing in-house policies;
- Carry out housekeeping tasks such as general cleaning;
- Implement programs and policies from seniors / managers;
- Handle customer’s different mode of payments and point-of-sale transaction;
- Dispensing jobs to laboratories;
- Good Knowledge in contact lens refraction & fitting; and
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job requirements**
- Basic Salary + Incentives

- Possess good knowledge of customer service standard
- Able to work independently and is a good team player
- Result & sales oriented attitude
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
