Data Analyst Intern

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Searching for and obtaining property related variables on public domains.
- Cleaning the dataset and maintaining the database of property-related variables.
- Constructing dashboards on the raw / derived datasets.
- Enhance existing dashboards to give better insights on the various levers of the business
- Performing statistical analysis on these variables.
- Contribute towards researching and writing articles on real estate technology
- Add on to the digital marketing efforts of the firm - SEO (keyword analysis, adding content, adding backlinks) - and SMM (execution of the strategy).

**Requirements**:

- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills along with the ability to use discretion and good judgment.
- Relevant professional/industry experience would be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $500.00 - $750.00 per month
