**Your tasks**:

- Property Entity Accounting (RSPS)
- 1. Full Set of Accounting:

- Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cashflow planning
- Prepare annual budget submission
- Ensure tax compliances
- RSAsia Entity: GST & MES Audit
- 2. GST Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure timely and accurate GST submissions for the RSAsia entity.
- Manage GST audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.
- 3. MES Audit and Compliance:

- Oversee the entity’s compliance with Major Exporter Scheme requirements.
- Coordinate and successfully navigate through MES audits. 4. Budget and Cash Flow Planning:

- Develop, implement, and regularly review cost center budgets with effective business partnering.
- Analyze budget variances, providing insightful recommendations to management.
- Shared Responsibilities
- 5. Intercompany Billing:

- Manage and coordinate intercompany billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to intercompany transactions.
- 6. Adaptability and Support During organization evolvement:

- Embrace potential changes in job scope as the organization evolves.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the management team in implementing changes.

**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are highly valued
