A top-tier US law firm is seeking a Finance Associate to join its growing team in Singapore. The firm offers **Cravath-scale compensation** and the opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile cross-border financings in Asia.

**The Firm & Role**
This leading team advises sponsors, lenders, and corporates on a wide range of complex finance transactions, with a strong focus on energy, infrastructure, and project finance across Southeast Asia and beyond. The practice also covers acquisition finance, structured lending, and syndicated loans.

You’ll work closely with renowned partners and experienced colleagues across the firm’s global network, gaining exposure to cutting-edge deals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Requirements**:

- UK or US qualified with 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience in banking & finance, **or**:

- NSW qualified with 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Solid background in general finance, with **energy or projects experience a strong advantage**:

- Top-tier law firm training and strong transactional skills
- Commercial mindset and the ability to work autonomously on complex, cross-border matters
