General Paper Tutor

**Responsibilities**:

- Bring energy into a classroom and teach in a manner that is dynamic and engaging.
- Contribute in the creating and developing of classroom materials.
- Be constantly connected with what is happening in the world at large.
- Create a safe space for students to learn, question and even fail so that they can grow.
- Be available to students who seek both formative and summative feedback and to provide it in constructive ways.
- Develop trust and connection with both students and parents.
- Be actively involved in team briefings, working and ideating meetings that occur on a weekly basis.
- Participate in activities and events that contribute to the general growth of the company.

**Requirements**:

- A passion to teach and serve students
- Dynamic and confident, with an approachable disposition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player who can work well with others
- Able to work on weekends
