**Position Summary**:As a Bartender at Spectre, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons. Your passion for mixology, excellent customer service, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our beverage program. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests.
- Create and craft signature cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality in all beverage offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and efficiently with our POS System.
- Collaborate with other staff members and kitchen personnel to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
- Stay up-to-date with current beverage trends and innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- TIPS or other responsible beverage service certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and safety standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
