Tasks
Ensure early involvement from SQM and suppliers
Guarantee the Maturity Evaluation availability
Guarantee the nomination from one SQM for each new component, ensure the Supplier Component Review execution and in-time Sourcing Decision
Ensure quality status feedback to Project Team and guarantee in time release of new components
Guarantee the availability of work products for all relevant components in project
Guarantee hand-over to SQM Plants

**Qualifications**:
Long-term experience in the automotive purchasing with the main focus on the early supplier’s involvement, -introduction and - development.
Prior experience in area of standardized market analyzed, quality management role ,project management role and contract management
Good experience in quality systems, process audits (VDA) and part qualification
Understanding of industrial practices such as APQP/FMEA/Ishikawa/TS16949 is highly preferred
Long-term experience in the automotive purchasing with the main focus on the early supplier’s involvement, -introduction and - development.
Affinity to innovative products and technologies.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Able to work independently and travel frequently within Asia
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Asia and Europe offices
