1.Supervise and work closely with the other car wash team members2.Keep inventory and stock level of shampoo,tyre rim chemical,wax,uniform,stationery and cleaning equipment3.Daily reconcillation of sales taking and account for the vehicle count to match collection4.Work with staff to rinse,shampoo,wax,wipe dry all vechicles type5.Other service include vaccum,anti=bacteria,interior cleaning and car waxing6.Ensure that all vehicles are cleaned to customers satisfaction by following the car wash SOP7.Resolve customer feedback and issues that arises promptly with professionalism8.Contant reporting and feedback to managment on issues or improvement promptly9.Ensure the daily smooth operations of the car wash flow10.Good deployment and assigment of duties to team member11.Manage the welfare,discipline and attendance of team member
