Supply Chain

Position Summary:
Based in Singapore, this position is responsible for supply planning, inventory management, indirect procurement and warehousing management for Singapore Domestic market and wholesale channel.

As far as lead market of Singapore Domestic is concerned, the position is also responsible for distribution and logistics, E- Commerce initiatives and support new RTM initiatives/ Supply Chain digitalisation and working closely with relevant stakeholders to improve internal and external collaboration.

The position is expected to play a key role in development and implementation of key initiatives by working with other functions such as sales, marketing, product development and finance, to reconcile top-down financial plans with the bottom-up operational plans and by facilitating the S&OP meeting by creating and analysing multiple scenarios for planning reconciliation.

The position will support Associate Director, Supply Chain & Operations in the development and implementation of key projects, being locally led or part of the Group Digital transformation. Technology enablement in Supply Chain will therefore be a key part of the job which will involve implementation of automated tools for supply planning and replenishment, increased EDI with internal and external customers, improvements in currently used tools like CONNECT, PRODUCT CLOUD, ANAPLAN, Container tracking tools etc. Ownership and change management needed for such implementation would be very critical.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Planning and Inventory Management
- Manage Inventory to support activities to ensure they are optimised (maximise sales opportunity) and meets forecast/requirements without excessive inventory risk exposure whilst monitoring inventory target (including safety stock level)
- Strict follow up with Brand Companies (BC) of supply and delivery issues that need to be coordinated with the Sales/Marketing and Finance on a very reactive manner
- Liaise with Brand Companies to ensure invoices/shipping docs are received & process GIT into system prior shipment arrival. Make sure that no outstanding invoices before month end closing
- Update Pending shipment files & ensure order acknowledgement from Brand Companies within the period of order placed
- Collaborate with Marketing team on inventory reporting/depletion plan on related POSM
- Prepare monthly reporting (Budget vs actual sales) and depletion/shipping forecast to Brand Owners (net requirement in CONNECT). Collaborate with Brand Owners to drive KPIs improvement (e.g adherence to plan)
- Prepare monthly slow moving / obsolete stock summary & monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future
- Responsible for JDE Month end closing & ensure alignment between Distribution and Finance modules
- Maintain & setup new SKU, update the land cost revision into JDE Oracle systems
- Responsible for the transfer pricing maintenance process in JDE by working closely with finance team / Brand companies and relevant stakeholders
- Review and improve the supply planning process (including the product phase in / phase out process) across all markets by working closely with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare Supply chain KPI and global reporting by providing qualitative comments through KPI analysis
- Drive continuous improvement for all Supply Chain KPI’s
- Forecast Accuracy, Days of Forecast Cover, Bias, OTIF, CFR and Slow Selling obsolete stock.

S&OP
- Collaboration with the Demand Planner / Sales Planning Manager to drive the Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews and Pre/ Executive S&OP Meetings
- Analyse all forecast for inventory and develop various processes for inventory purchases, calculate re-order quantities, ensuring the correct incorporation of all stock on hand/in transit, committed stock, historic sales data, forecast and re-order quantities
- Communicate inventory requirements and identify supply risks and opportunities through the S&OP process
- Prepare replenishment files for management’s review and get approval before actual replenishment to brand companies (BC)
- To represent Supply Planning across S&OP cadence and drive continuous improvement on S&OP process.

Digital Transformation
- Lead, improve and implement automated & integrated tools for managing supply planning, replenishment and advanced Analytics (such as Product Cloud, DDMRP, PUMA etc). Troubleshoot system failure through root cause analysis and continuously seek for improvement opportunities
- Streamline work process and tools to increase efficiency of people
- Defines and implements data strategy, policies and controls to ensure master data for all SKU and all brands is accurate, complete, and reliable and up to date data with alignment of other tools
- Work with Associate Director, Supply Chain & Operations, to ensure procedures and processes are in place and reviewed regularly to support the new tools
