If you are cheerful, optimistic and loves children, you are the one we
are looking for
- Taking care of the general performance and daily operations of PlayFACTO School
- Overall in charge of student care teaching matters.
- Oversees daily management of student care services and student-wellbeing.
- Oversees development, delivery and effective teaching and learning processes.
- Liaising with school management and parents on SCC matters in particular regarding student affairs and teaching & learning issues.
- Attend to Student-Parent matters with regards to activities, policies, enrolment, student’s academic and behavioural attitudes and achievements.
- Provide basic care for students in picking up service from school.
- Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies
- Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives
- Ensure and guide teachers to execute school’s programmes and new initiatives
- Supervise & Lead activities such as day to day programmes, field visits and group discussions

Prepare monthly reports for school management

**Requirements & Qualifications**

Possess genuine love to care and mentor children
"A" level or Diploma qualifications & above
WSQ Student Care or qualifications in field of community & social
services is an advantage
Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience
Good communication skills
Team player
Great sense of responsibility
